Welcome to Elite & Co ("we," "our," "us"), a premium executive recruitment agency licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) with operations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), services, and platforms (collectively, the "Services") for executive staffing, including candidate matching, client placements, and related activities.
By registering, applying, or using our Services, you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to these Terms, which form a binding electronic contract under Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means (E-Commerce Law) and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (Consumer Protection Law). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms comply with UAE laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on Regulation of Labour Relations (UAE Labour Law).
Users are classified as Candidates (job seekers) or Clients (employers/organizations). We do not charge Candidates recruitment fees, as prohibited by UAE Labour Law.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the UAE. We prioritize UAE nationals in line with Emiratisation policies.
Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Electronic acceptance (e.g., checkbox or clickwrap) is valid under UAE E-Commerce Law.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes or Service improvements. Material updates will be posted on the Site with 30 days' notice via email (if provided) or prominent announcement. Continued use after updates implies acceptance. Review regularly.
To access full Services, create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Provide truthful, up-to-date information (e.g., CV, qualifications). You consent to background checks (with explicit permission) and reference verification. No fees apply for our Services.
Provide accurate job specifications and treat Candidates fairly per UAE Labour Law. Pay fees as agreed; no unauthorized deductions from Candidate wages.
Prohibited Conduct: No misuse of Services (e.g., spamming, false info). Violations may result in account suspension per UAE Cybercrimes Law.
We provide non-exclusive, best-effort executive recruitment Services, including candidate sourcing, matching, and placement facilitation. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of employment outcomes, per UAE Consumer Protection Law.

All fees are invoiced in AED (or agreed currency), with clear terms. No hidden charges; full transparency per Consumer Protection Law.
Candidates: Free of charge. Clients: Fees as detailed in your service agreement, payable within 30 days of invoice. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest (max per UAE law).
The Site and Services, including content, logos, and tools, are owned by Elite & Co or licensors. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submitted materials (e.g., CVs) for Services only. No reproduction without permission, per UAE IP Law (Federal Law No. 7 of 2002).
Services are provided "as is" without warranties (express/implied) of fitness, accuracy, or results. We disclaim liability for placement failures, per UAE Consumer Protection Law. Liability limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months; no consequential damages.
Force Majeure: No liability for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., pandemics, per UAE Civil Law).
We may terminate/suspend access for breaches (e.g., false info). Upon termination, obligations (e.g., confidentiality) survive. Candidates: Delete data per PDPL request.
Disputes resolved first via amicable negotiation, then mediation (Federal Law No. 6 of 2021). Unresolved: Exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts (or DIFC if applicable). Governing law: UAE federal laws.
These Terms are governed by UAE laws, including E-Commerce Law, Consumer Protection Law, and UAE Labour Law. Arabic versions prevail if discrepancies arise.
