Professional Butler – Paris & Geneva (Traveling Role)

Job Description

A highly polished and discreet Butler is required for an Ultra High Net Worth Family with residences in Paris and Geneva. The role involves frequent travel between both locations and requires a strong service mindset, professionalism, and the ability to manage high standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full butler service, including table service, household coordination, and guest assistance

Manage wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, and travel logistics

Oversee household presentation and ensure all areas meet luxury-standard expectations

Liaise with chefs, drivers, and other staff to coordinate daily operations

Assist with events, formal dinners, and VIP guest service

Maintain confidentiality and operate with complete discretion

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience working for UHNWI or private luxury households

Fluent in English and French

Highly polished, professional appearance and manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Flexible, able to travel frequently between Paris and Geneva

Must hold a European passport

Strong understanding of high-level etiquette and formal service
